Sid Simone, Inc is hiring an internal, remote Executive and Sales Coordinator to execute and manage the company's administrative tasks and generate sales. You must reside in Las Vegas, NV.  This role is 50% Admin; 50% Sales.

 

DETAILS

  • $10 per hour + Commission + Basic Health Coverage
  • 18 hours per week: Tuesday-Wednesday: 9am-2pm; Thursday: 9am-2pm; Friday: 11am-3pm (may change depending on shift schedule)
  • 1 hour pay for being available to answer/send calls and emails on the weekends of events
  • Meet at a site, 1-2x per week
  • Available select Saturdays and Sundays to answer calls and emails for field staff
  • Independent Contractor, Remote
  • 8-week probation periods

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR THE COMPANY

  • Generate $3,000 per month in sales using CRM
  • Call 50-100 leads per week
  • Respond to company calls and emails
  • Assist President at meetings and events, locally and domestically
  • Coordinate travel and manage calendar for President and staff
  • Write and post jobs and content on social media and recruiting sites
  • Attend 25 tradeshows, expos, career fairs and networking events independently
  • Review and approve talent profiles in ATS; interview and assign staff to jobs
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, invoices, estimates, emails, templates
  • Edit and update website, training material and courses
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for company
  • Manage sales team of 5 within 2 years of the position

YOU’LL NEED THESE SKILLS & PERSONALITY TRAITS

  • 18+ yrs old + HS Diploma required
  • Must be comfortable dealing with cannabis, liquor, bars, and adult industry
  • Capable of passing a background check and writing assessment
  • Capable of traveling locally and domestically
  • 1 year of administrative, executive assistant or data entry experience REQUIRED
  • 1 year of B2B sales experience REQUIRED
  • Type 55 WPM required
  • Excellent email writing and phone etiquette skills required
  • Basic HR/onboarding experience required
  • Social media posting (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) required
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, Microsoft Suite, and social media REQUIRED
  • Experience compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data required
  • Quick-thinker able to independently and simultaneously trouble-shoot issues
  • Experience handling confidential information, employee data preferred
  • Capability to manage a team of 5 sales representatives
