Administrative and Sales Coordinator, Remote in Las Vegas, NV

Sid Simone, Inc is hiring a remote Administrative and Sales Coordinator to manage the company's administrative duties, and generate sales. You must reside in Las Vegas, NV.  This role is 50% Admin; 50% Sales.

 

DUTIES

  • Answer phone calls and emails; forward messages in less than 24 hours
  • Generate $2500+/month in sales using CRM
  • Review and approve talent profiles in ATS
  • Interview and assign the talent to event 
  • Serve as field staff contact; find replacements 
  • Post jobs social media and recruiting sites, as-needed and weekly
  • Produce and send PowerPoint, invoices, estimates, emails, templates, as needed
  • Edit and update all training material and courses via PowerPoint and online
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for company
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences and meetings to assist President and Sales Team

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPENSATION

  • Independent Contractor, Remote
  • $10 per hr. 15+ hours per week + commission + healthcare benefits
  • Flexible hours; Monday-Sunday: 8am-4pm PST;
  • Must be available on weekends to answer calls, emails and replace staff

  • Proficient English-speaking, writing, reading and comprehending

  • Quick-thinker able to independently and simultaneously trouble-shoot issues

Sid Simone, Inc is hiring a remote Sales Representative to generate and manage businesses that are hiring temporary and permanent staff. The account manager will conduct sales planning and coordinate with clients to achieve their hiring goals.

 

Staff that we hire for clients include Administrative, Catering, Event, Demonstrator, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing professionals.

About the Position

  • Contractor; Ongoing
  • Hours: Create your schedule; anticipate 15-30 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible; Monday-Saturday; be available when leads are available (8am-4pm)
  • Pay: 5-10% commission
  • We provide: virtual training, company email and phone number, annual on-site training in Las Vegas

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales accounts in CRM
  • Attend tradeshows, view jobs online, social media, networking groups
  • Send rates to leads; follow-up via emails and calls within 24 hours
  • Add 15 leads per week; close 4 accounts per month; generate $5,000 per month
  • Must have active Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook profiles
  • Must be able to receive company credit (have US social security number)

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Age 21+ with HS Diploma
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Social media presence
  • B2B/B2C sales experience with food, alcohol, pet, athletics, cannabis highly preferred

Sales Trainer- United States

Sid Simone, Inc is hiring Sales Training Consultants to facilitate experiential sales training to prospective Brand Ambassadors, throughout the US. You will teach trainees protocol and basic functions of Promotional Marketing 101, Alcohol/Food Demonstrations, Alcohol/Food Sales, and Food Handling. You will utilize the company’s training program, and add some of your own material for the workshops. You will travel locally, domestically and internationally. Workshops will be facilitated online or on-site. Locations will be at conference rooms, distilleries/wineries, and various locations.

Details of the Position

  • Independent Contractor; On-Call (must meet deadlines)
  • Pay is contingent on the location and what courses you are facilitating
  • Pay could be $15-25 per hour or a flat rate

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Clearly speak, read, write and comprehend English
  • 2+ years of training experience
  • 2+ years of sales/marketing/demo experience
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Current knowledge of training software
  • Fluency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video/audio software, smartphone, laptop
