Details of the Position

  • Input W2 and 1099 staff
  • Run payroll for staff; ensure compliancy

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • MUST HAVE experience developing company handbook and onboarding policies.
  • MUST HAVE experience developing procedures for the HR department in benefits & compensation, employee relations, performance management
  • Current knowledge of HR and recruitment protocol in Las Vegas, NV
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or similar field required
  • Certified in PHR/SPHR/SHRM/CP /P certification preferred

You will…

  • Develop company’s handbook, policies & procedures, compensation & benefits, best practices, employee relations, tactics
  • Ensure compliance with Nevada Revised Statues and U.S. Labor Law
  • Create comprehensive onboarding and training processes that will help new hires acclimate to the company, understand and be successful in their role
  • Create training and onboarding protocols that a team member can easily facilitate after your departure
  • Collaborate with managers to create team building programs to help foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Select HRIS system that is appropriate for the company
  • Asses the company’s needs; implement procedures based on those needs and desires
  • Assess employee records; make recommendations are necessary
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

 

 

INTERNAL POSITIONS:

 

Staffing Sales Representative-Commission, Remote, United States

Sid Simone, Inc is hiring internally, for a remote Staffing Sales Representative to generate clients that need temporary and permanent staff for marketing positions, catering roles, food/alcohol sampling events, festivals, and tradeshows.  The rep will conduct territory planning and communication that enables the achievement of company and client staffing needs.

About the Position

  • Contractor; Ongoing
  • Hours: Create your schedule; anticipate 10-30 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible; Monday-Saturday; be available when leads are available (8am-4pm)
  • Pay: 10% commission on sales via company card or Direct Deposit bi-weekly 
  • Continuous virtual training is provided; company email is provided; company business card and phone number provided after $10,000 is sales; annual on-site training in Las Vegas
  • Interview Process: 1 video interview

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales (attending tradeshows, viewing jobs online, social media, networking groups)
  • Send package rates to potential clients; follow-up with them by calling and emailing to close the account
  • Convert leads into accounts, utilizing Zoho CRM 
  • Goals- Add 15 leads per week; close 4 accounts per month; generate $2,500-5000 minimum per month
  • Heavy emphasis on networking and referrals, continuously identifying, engaging and maintaining relationships with the best talent in your function
  • Respond to emails/phone calls within 24 hours

  • Must have active Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook profiles
  • Must be able to receive company credit (have US social security number)

 

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Age 21+ with HS Diploma
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Social media presence
  • Leads and experience working with food, alcohol, pet, athletics, cannabis brands are highly preferred
  • Must have professional speaking voice and email etiquette
  • Able to clearly speak, read and write English

Administrative/Sales Coordinator, Remote in Las Vegas, NV

 

Sid Simone, Inc is hiring internally, for a remote Administrative/Sales Coordinator to manage administrative tasks, assignment of staff to jobs, conduct basic onboarding, and close sales accounts. We are seeking a detailed-oriented and very independent. You will be working closely with the company President, Sales Representatives and Sales Managers, across the US. This role is 50% Administrative and 50% Sales  Remote staff must be located in Las Vegas, NV and be able to meet for meetings and travel.

  • Serve as contact for all event days; confirm staff is on-site for each event day and shift through the ATS

Sales Trainer- United States

Sid Simone, Inc is hiring Sales Training Consultants to facilitate experiential sales training to prospective Brand Ambassadors, throughout the US. You will teach trainees protocol and basic functions of Promotional Marketing 101, Alcohol/Food Demonstrations, Alcohol/Food Sales, and Food Handling. You will utilize the company’s training program, and add some of your own material for the workshops. You will travel locally, domestically and internationally. Workshops will be facilitated online or on-site. Locations will be at conference rooms, distilleries/wineries, and various locations.

Details of the Position

  • Independent Contractor; On-Call (must meet deadlines)
  • Pay is contingent on the location and what courses you are facilitating
  • Pay could be $15-25 per hour or a flat rate

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Clearly speak, read, write and comprehend English
  • 2+ years of training experience
  • 2+ years of sales/marketing/demo experience
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Current knowledge of training software
